About 13 km away from Bai Chay Tourist Wharf, this beautiful island has a steep cliff on one side and a gentle slope with an attractive sandy beach on the other. Previously known as Cat Nang Island, it was renamed in honor of the visit by Presiden Ho Chi Minh and Russian Astronaut, Giecman Titov. Visitors enjoy the white, sandy beach and admire the panoramic sweep of the Bay from the top of island.

They can also take part in various recreational activities such as swimming and floating in the rubber ring available for hire.
