Brian Winkler and wife – New York City Vietnam’ Highlight We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vietnam. The hotel was excellent, the staff were considerate and attentive, the food was very good, delicious and the rooms comfortable and clean. We were particularly impressed with the design of the hotel, Hanoi Sofitel Metropole, the swimming pool and open bar area and would happily recommend it. Minh, our guide was very helpful, knowledgeable with good English and not at all perturbed when our first day had to be re-scheduled as our luggage had not arrived! The car was clean and new, the driver competent and punctual. We particularly appreciated the supply of ice cold water and towel in hot and humid weather. Hoi An was stunning and we are so glad we took the time to visit. Thank you for your help in the making the arrangements.
