Welcome to Vietnam Culture Tour to demonstrate on Vietnam Culinary & Cuisine. On arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, our tour guide will greet you and transfer by private car to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy 1 hour rickshaw ride to the Old Quarter. Tonight, you will enjoy welcome celebration dinner at local restaurant with authentic Vietnamese cuisines. Stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 2 : Hanoi Cooking (B, L, D)
After breakfast at Hotel, enjoy morning cooking class in Vietnam Cooking Center. Today, the class begins with walking tour to market where the Chef will introduce Vietnamese ingredients, spices and herbs. After the market, you will concentrate in the kitchen to learn 5 traditional dishes. After the class, lunch will be served to sample all the different dishes prepared during the class. In the afternoon, discover Hanoi in deepth with Hochiminh Complex, Vietnam National Museum of Ethnology and Termple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Cha Ca La Vong Restaurant, one of the most famous restaurants in Vietnam. The restaurant is so well-known that it is listed on the travel book "1000 places to visit before you die". In the evening, be entertained with Water Puppet Show and Vietnam Traditional Music. Stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi City.
Day 3 : Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Today, get up early for morning Tai Chi with local people at Hoan Kiem Lake, then have "Pho" the typical breakfast for Vietnamese people. Go to¬† Halong Bay, the world natural heritage site, enjoy drive though the rural area with scenic view of rice paddy field in the Red River Delta. You may be lucky enough to see cows or pigs on motor bike or Vietnamese kids ridding on water buffalo while flying kites. On the way, enjoy Vietnamese Coffee at Handicraft Center then continue to Halong City. Upon arrival,embark on cruise then start journey along the spectacular limestone islands, floating villages while having seafood lunch. Disembark to visit Thien Cung Cave, one of the most beautiful grottoes in Halong Bay. Continue to Rooster Fighting islands which is the symbol of Halong Bay. Check in Hotel and enjoy dinner at Vietnam traditional restaurant. Stay overnight in Ha Long Bay.
Day 4 : Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B, D)
After breakfast at hotel, go back to Hanoi Airport for a short flight to Hue, the last imperial city in Vietnam. In the evening, enjoy perdicab tour to Tinh Gia Vien restaurant for dinner. Food in Hue is spicy with considerable use of chili and reflecting imperial roots. Hue Culinary is often presented in carefully displayed small servings. Stay overnight at hotel in Hue.
Day 5 : Cooking Class in Hue (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotel, 7:30 in the morning, follow Mrs. Cuc, the owner of Vuon Y Thao to Dong Ba Market, where she will give an instruction on how to choose food for cooking lesson then with her guidance, you will learn some of Hue royal cuisines and Vietnamese traditional dishes. After having lunch, enjoy the afternoon dragon boat trip on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda which is standing on the riverbank with seven-storey tower then visit the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Emperors ruled Vietnam from 1802 to 1945. Tonight, the highligh is royal banquet at the Huong Giang Hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Hue.
Day 6 : Hue - Danang - Hoian (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotel, enjoy morning visit to King Tu Duc's Tomb then go to Hoian. On the way, visit Cham Museum, the last collection of lost Champa Kingdom, enjoy lunch in Danang City and visit Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village. Check in hotel and free at leisure on sandy beach of Cua Dai before enjoy dinner at Tam Tam Restaurant. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian
Day 7 : Hoian (B, L, D)
After your breakfast, enjoy a short bike to the Ancient Town of Hoian and a walking tour to Japanese Covered Bridge, Phung Hung Ancient House, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall and Chua Ong Pagoda then enjoy "Cao Lau" the most popular food in Hoian. In the afternoon, enjoy peaceful boat ride along the Thu Bon River to Thanh Ha Ceramic village. The balance of the day is free for relaxation in Cua Dai Beach or shopping in Hoian where you can find the best Vietnamese silk products and contemporary painting galleries. The evening, enjoy dinner at Brother's Coffee. Stay overnight at hotel in Hoian
Day 8 : Hoian - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel then take a short flight to dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, followed by an oriental visit to the former Presidential Palace, the War Remnants Museum, the colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. Enjoy "Pho", the typical food for Vietnamese people at Pho 24 restaurant. The afternoon tour leads you to China Town where you will visit Thien Hau Temple and Binh Tay Market. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Charm Charm Restaurant which is listed as one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. Stay overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 9 : Mekong Delta - Exotic food (B, L, D)
After breakfast at your hotel, depart for the Mekong Delta Tour, enjoy 1 hour drive in Vietnam's picturesque countryside with its rice paddies and rural villages. Upon arrival in the Delta, the mornign cruise led by a local tour guide will show you Cai Be Floating Market, traditional villages, evergreen orchards then move to traditional sampan which allows you to discover the smaller canals and tributaries of the region. Enjoy lunch at Trung Luong restaurant with Elephant Ear Fish. In the afternoon, go back to Ho Chi Minh City. Tonight, our tour guide will host farewell dinner at Vietnamese boutique restaurant in the city center. Stay overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh
