Tan Son Nhat airport – hotel: 10 km – 45min

After breakfast, we drive to discover the incredible network of underground tunnels at Cu Chi tunnels of the Viet Cong’s strategy to victory in the Vietnam War. Used to call tunnels rats and headquarter of VC to attack Saigon during Tet offensive 1968. Traveling that you not only see the world but also learn more about the world. Then transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city.

Later, visit the Jade Emperor Temple (Phuoc Hai), a rare Taoist structure in Vietnam built in 1909 in dedication to the Lord of Heaven. It's filled with smoky incense and fantastic carved figurines and still buzzing with workshippers, many lounging in the front gardens.

The rest of day is you leisure for shopping at Ben Thanh market/ Saigon Square...

Transfer Ho Chi minh central – Cu Chi tunnels: 1.5 hours/ way

Check out and transfer to airport to catch the departure flight to Danang city.

Upon arrival at Danang airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Hoian, a tranquil ancient town by the river.

In the afternoon, stroll through this charming riverside town which is famous for its tailors and preserved architecture. Visiting main attractions of the town: Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year old Tan Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge. Lots of chances to shop at the craft shops in the town.

In the later afternoon, take a short boat trip to a nearby island and visit a handicraft village specializing in ceramics. Return to the hotel for free evening.

Transfer & duration Danang airport – Hoian: 30 km – 45 mins

This morning, car transfer from your hotel to the villages. Cycling leisurely around the village and visit Tra Que, it is famous for its aromatic herbs, mint and basil. Their leaves are smaller than normal ones and have a special flavor. Visit village, vegetable fields and meet the farmers who work all the seasons of the year. It is a good opportunity to observe the techniques of vegetable gardening. Visit a home gardener. He will tell you the story of the history and customs of this charming village as well as of his family. Continue cycle to Cam Thanh village. Along the way the landscapes of fishing farms and water palmtrees will accompany you.

Arrive in Cam Thanh, take a little rest in the house of fisherman enjoy green tea and foot massage with medicinal herbs that planted in the family garden. Then prepare vegetables and herbs from Tra Que village, small practice of cooking the dishes: crispy pancake (meat, shrimp, beansprouts…), spring rolls of Hoi An, Tam Huu, grilled fish in banana leaf… Enjoy the dishes that you made.

In the afternoon, embark a small round bamboo sampan basket boat to the water palm trees forest. Back to the hotel and relax on the pool.

Today you will explore Vietnam’s charming capital. With its wide tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes, and ancient oriental pagodas, Hanoi is an eclectic mix that offers something for everyone.

Your city tour will take you to Hanoi’s key sites: the Ho Chi Minh Complex (the exterior of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and stilt house), the nearby One Pillar Pagoda; the Presidential Palace; the Temple of Literature; the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda & West Lake, Museum of Ethnology.

Ending at the Water Puppet Theater to watch the Show about daily Vietnamese in the countryside that used to be performed in Lakes or Ponds in the traditional villages.

8:30AM meet your private driver (no guide) at hotel and we drive 2,5 hours to Halong bay the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The scenery of Halong Bay where thousands of limestone islands jut out of the emerald sea, sculpted into bizarre shapes is truly an iconic image for Vietnam. An overnight relaxing boat trip is the best way to enjoy this must-see natural wonder of Vietnam.

On arrive at the jetty in Halong City around noon, proceeding with check-in formalities. After a welcome onboard, lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself.

In the afternoon, the program also includes more activities on the bay such as swimming or kayaking (excluded from the cruise package) or cave visits on the vast sea, cooking class onboard to challenge your skills in preparing a very famous Vietnamese dish (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or you can just spend some time relaxing on board.

Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board. Overnight on cruise.

The sun rises on the bay in the morning and a light breakfast is served on board (also brunch on some boats) while cruising slowly back to the shore. This is the time you can take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of the bay as you navigate back to Halong City.

Disembark at noon and meet your driver at the dock and drive to the airport to catch your departure flight home or enjoy your next travel! You will reach the airport by 15:00.
